A new journey begins. 
In the midst of everything happening at the ranch, one thing has never changed: we continue to show up for every veteran who walks through our doors. Today, another veteran began their healing journey in our 50-week program, and the very first moments spoke volumes.
When asked what happened during the initial connection exercise, they shared: “Sebastian approached me, he kept moving closer to me….I felt less guarded and anxious and felt more welcomed and comforted.”
These are the quiet shifts where healing begins. Even in the middle of hard seasons and unexpected challenges, the work continues, the horses continue to meet veterans where they are, and the mission remains steady.
We are honored to walk beside each person who begins the journey.
