A good foundation.
Every organization faces storms. Disruptions. Unexpected challenges that test everything you have built. And what comes out on the other side of those moments says everything about who you are and what you are made of.
At Little Blessings, we have had our storms. But we have not skipped a beat. The veterans are still being served. The families are still being supported. The horses are still doing what they do. The team shows up. The board shows up. And the mission keeps moving forward.
That is what a strong foundation looks like in action. Not the absence of hard moments, but the ability to weather them and come out on the other side even more committed to the work.
We are proud of what has been built here. And we are not done building.
