How do the horses help?
We say things like they mirror your emotions, and we know that can sound a little abstract. So let Jamie break it down.
It is about being in the space. It is about energy. The horses are not asking questions or offering opinions. They don’t judge what you bring in with you. They are simply present. And in that presence, something happens that is hard to put into words but impossible to miss when you experience it.
They are problem solvers. They respond to what is real. What one person sees standing beside a horse is completely different from what the next person sees, because the horse is responding to you specifically. Your energy. Your emotions. Your moment.
