REFIT® is a value-infused fitness program that is a gate-way to community and connection. REFIT® combines cardio dance, toning and balance and is for all ages, shapes and fitness levels. That includes men women and even kids!!! And they joined us at the LB Ranch and it was so much fun! We were so glad to see so many new face as well.

Can’t wait to see everyone again June 8th at 7PM

This REFIT class is free to veterans and their families. All we ask as a participation fee for civilians, is a $10 donation.
