Little Blessings Veteran and Community Outreach
At Little Blessings Veteran and Community Outreach, we believe that no Veteran or military family should have to face their challenges alone. Through our innovative equine-assisted programs, we provide healing resources and support for Veterans struggling with PTSD, secondary trauma, and suicide ideation.
Our mission is to foster a strong sense of community, helping Veterans and their families heal and thrive together.
We serve Veterans transitioning from military service to civilian life — and extend our support to spouses and children, recognizing that military service affects the entire family.
Over the past five years, Little Blessings has proudly served more than 500 Veterans, active-duty service members, and their loved ones.
The Project
As our impact grows, so does our need for improved facilities. Our most urgent priority is constructing a dedicated stable for our horses — the heart of our healing programs.
The new stable will offer a safer, healthier environment for our equine partners, featuring proper ventilation, spacious individual stalls, and enhanced shelter from extreme weather.
These improvements also allow us to monitor each horse's health and well-being — and ensure that another of our 4-legged Battle Buddies doesn't snatch any supplements or special diets! During good weather, each horse will also have their own fenced run-out area for exercise and fresh air.
Beyond caring for our horses, the new stable will include a wide main aisle designed for dual use. This versatile space will host wellness activities such as yoga, winter community dinners, and open houses to strengthen the bonds with our Veteran and local communities.
Your contribution to our stable project helps us create a sanctuary where Veterans and their families can find hope, healing, and a renewed sense of belonging.

The contributions we've already received will complete the building exterior. Now we need to raise $125,000 to finish the interior and the fenced turnout areas for each horse. Money donated beyond that helps us build out a tack (equipment) room and more.
