Today, we come together as a nation to recognize and thank all Veterans for their service, sacrifice, and unwavering dedication. Veterans Day, observed every November 11, has a rich history rooted in the end of World War I. Originally known as Armistice Day, it marked the ceasefire on the 11th hour of the 11th day of the 11th month in 1918. In 1954, the holiday was renamed Veterans Day to honor all Veterans, past and present, for their contributions in safeguarding our freedoms.
At Little Blessings, we are privileged to walk alongside these brave men and women, offering programs that support their journey beyond military service. We understand that freedom comes at a cost, paid by the courage and commitment of our Veterans.
To every Veteran: Thank you. Your resilience and strength inspire us every day. Whether in times of war or peace, your service has made a lasting impact, and we are forever grateful.
Let us honor not just your service, but the sacrifices made by your families, the friendships forged on the battlefield, and the legacy you leave for future generations. Today and every day, we are humbled by your dedication.
