MSgt Tom Gonzales and his War dog Dino, were the guests on Warrior Spotlight, Feb 17th 2021.
Dino had served his country faithfully for the last 7 years in Afghanistan. Tom, was on a current deployment to Afghanistan for the last 6 months. This is where they met.
Dino and 10 other War dogs were given the opportunity for retirement. Tom was blessed enough to be offered the honor of adopting Dino and providing his forever home. The others found theirs as well.
Tom stated, “I’m not sure who save who”?
